I can't see my emails in Overjoy Inbox

Common reasons you may not see your emails in Overjoy inbox:

Email owner mismatch

You can check the owners of synced emails in Settings -> Email and then click the email who's emails you aren't seeing. Confirm the owner for the email matches the account you are logged in as (or the assignee you are trying to filter by).

Contact not in Overjoy

Overjoy inbox only shows emails from contacts that are in your CRM. If you got an inbound email or an email from a business that you reached out to on Overjoy, but got a reply from someone else on that team who you don't have a contact for, then those emails won't show up in Overjoy. The quickest fix here is to simply add that contact in your CRM, and we'll automatically populate your email history.

Already replied to the email

The Overjoy inbox is designed to help you focus on emails that need your attention. If you already replied to an email, whether it's on Overjoy or your primary email client like Gmail, then we consider that email thread as 'attended to' and omit it from your inbox.
