In this article I'll cover how to embed your Wholesale Interest Form in common platforms. If your hosting service isn't listed, let us know and we'll help you out.

Once you have created your form and copied the embed code, head over to your Shopify store.

1. Click "Themes" in the sidebar to see your current theme

2. Click "Customize" under the theme preview to edit your theme

3. Hover over the area you would like to add your form and click "Add section"

4. Select the "Custom Liquid" section to add it to your store page

5. Finally, copy your embed code into the "Liquid Code" text input in the sidebar.
