Opportunities in Overjoy represent potential deals with businesses that have shown interest in your products. When someone replies to one of your email campaigns, an opportunity is automatically created in your sales pipeline. You can also add opportunities manually from the Opportunities page.
Step 1: Open the Opportunities Page
From your Overjoy dashboard, click the Opportunities tab in the sidebar. This will open your sales pipeline, where you can view all current opportunities organized by stage.
Step 2: Click "Add Opportunity"
In the top-right corner, click the + Add Opportunity button.
Step 3: Enter Opportunity Details
Fill out the form with details like the business name, contact info, pipeline stage, and any relevant notes. When you're done, click Add to save the opportunity to your pipeline.
Step 4: View Your New Opportunity
The new opportunity will now appear in the pipeline under the stage you selected (e.g. “Initial Interest”).
