How to Share Access in Overjoy

Why Share Access?

Overjoy allows you to share email access with your team so they can manage ongoing conversations with leads and customers. This is useful when collaborating on outreach, handling customer inquiries, or ensuring continuity in sales discussions.

Steps to Share Access in Overjoy

1. Navigate to Settings

  • Click on Settings in the left-hand navigation menu.

  • Select Email from the list of options.

2. Select the Email Account

  • Choose the email account you want to share access for from the left panel.

  • Ensure the correct email is highlighted.

3. Grant Access

  • Scroll down to the Shared Access section.

  • Click Grant Access and enter the email of the team member you want to share access with.

4. Confirm and Save

  • Verify the details and confirm access.

  • The team member will now be able to send and receive emails on your behalf within Overjoy.


FAQs

Q: Can I remove shared access later?
A: Yes, you can revoke access anytime from the Shared Access section in Settings > Email.

Q: Can team members send emails as me?
A: Yes, but they won’t have access to your personal email inbox outside of Overjoy.
